The clever split-level layout effortlessly hugs the natural contours of the land to create a striking, low-profile North Elevation while optimising functionality for modern, nature-connected living. At the heart of the house is a recessed central garden courtyard and atrium specifically designed to blur the lines between inside and out. This central oasis floods the active living zones with natural sunlight, enhances passive solar heating, and brings the wilderness indoors with dedicated space for thriving indoor plants. It creates a spectacular, living indoor/outdoor connection where large sliding doors can either seamlessly open the entire home into a breezy, sun-drenched pavilion or close to provide cozy, quiet separation while keeping views of nature fully intact.
