Overlooking Goode Beach, this holiday house is the perfect escape from the city for its hardworking owners. Overlooking turquoise ocean in summer, and a raw and wild sea in winter, this house adapts beautifully in any moment and soaks up whatever energy nature is throwing its way.

A simplistic, understated, coastal home blending into its surrounds, with direct beach access.

Given the minimal setback from the ocean, 316 stainless fittings were used throughout. Exterior finishes of limestone and James Hardie claddings painted in neutral tones, echo the sand beneath, and are hardwearing, durable, and fuss-free.

Facing North, with huge spans of glass capitalising on the view, we see a consistent warmth throughout the house, with the option of cooling or warming when needed.

The orientation and layout of the house was designed to include a rear alfresco from which beach views can be enjoyed through expansive glazing in the main living area.
