This project is a complete reimagining of the coastal living experience. At the heart of the design is a newly created, elevated Alfresco space, shielded by integrated garden planter boxes that offer both privacy and a natural buffer against road noise. Featuring a flexible louvre roof system, the area is designed to invite sunlight exactly when desired to further warm the space with northern light.

Internally, we have overhauled the circulation, reversing the stairs to improve flow and shortening the distance to the garage, making daily movement feel natural and intuitive. By converting underutilised areas into a flexible Games, Gym, or TV space with direct access to light, views, and the yard, we have unlocked the full potential of the home’s layout.
