What this website is for
The site shows our work, explains how we design, and lets you contact us. The content is general information about Benson Design and our projects. It is not design, planning, construction or financial advice for your situation. Every site, brief and budget is different, and nothing here replaces a conversation with us about your project.
Our design services
Design services are provided under a written fee proposal and agreement for each project. Those documents, not these website terms, set out the scope, fees, programme, and each party’s responsibilities. Where anything on this website differs from a signed agreement, the agreement applies.
Copyright and intellectual property
Everything on this site is owned by Benson Design or used with permission: the designs, drawings, 3D images, photographs, text and the Benson Design name and logo. Our designs are protected by copyright. You may view and share links to pages, but you may not copy, reproduce, adapt or build from any design, drawing or image on this site without our written permission. Photographs of completed homes are published with the owners’ consent and remain the property of Benson Design or the photographer credited.
Project information
Project pages describe completed and current work. Details such as costs, timeframes and outcomes relate to those specific projects at the time and should not be read as quotes or promises for other work.
Links to other sites
We link to other websites, including councils, consultants, suppliers and publications. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Accuracy and availability
We take care to keep the site accurate and current, but we cannot promise it is free of errors or always available. We may change or remove content at any time.
