At the heart of this renovation was a single, ambitious vision: to fully immerse the home in the rugged, expansive beauty of the Goode Beach landscape. By re-imagining the internal circulation and raising the roofline, we achieved a seamless, single-level living experience that prioritises comfort and flow.

The home is now a study in dual-aspect living. To the east, the living area has been extended to capture 180-degree ocean views, creating a space where the indoors and the horizon feel like one. In contrast, the protected western alfresco area provides a sanctuary from the strong summer winds—the perfect setting for sunset hour, regardless of the coastal elements.
